There are no refunds or exchanges on any products purchased unless defects/damages are caused by the company.
Shipping:
Shipping between 3-5 BUSINESS days; 5-7 during holidays.
Once your order has processed, you will receive your tracking number to the email provided.

Pickup:
You are able to pickup all products in Charlotte, NC & Greenville, SC (at the salon) at no charge; just choose PICKUP at checkout and you'll receive a text for location.
